my wife and i had a great experience at carolyn beach inn during a long weekend. the room was clean, the view was amazing, and the beds were super comfortable. the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious, especially the spinach dip!

Beautiful lake view from our room was a highlight. However, the bathroom had a broken toilet, which was unfortunate.

It was just a good pick for a weekend break in Thessalon with great value for the money. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and the food tasted homemade. If you’re traveling with kids, check the bathroom situation first to avoid any awkward moments.

Nice water pressure in the shower. Room painted a calming blue that adds to the atmosphere.

The bathtub drained slowly, leaving water up to my shins by the end of the shower. The heater had a habit of turning on and off repeatedly, waking me in the middle of the night. A bit of artwork on the walls would help brighten the aesthetics, and the hair dryer didn't work during my stay.

The restaurant food was mediocre. my butter chicken could have been better and the beach definitely needed some cleaning.

The location is stunning with wonderful waterfront views. The room was sparkling clean. Enjoyed delicious meals, especially the spinach dip! It’s dog-friendly, which was a big plus.

The location right on the water was fantastic. I loved hearing the waves from my room, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The beach was a great start to the day, and I appreciated the friendly staff who allowed me to order takeout even after the restaurant had officially closed. I enjoyed the Butter Chicken and salad, which were simply delicious. However, I encountered a few issues. the bedside light didn't have a switch and I had to unplug it to turn it off. Additionally, the bathtub drain was full of hair, which required some cleaning before I could shower comfortably.

We had a good night with a fine view of the lake and an amazing sunset. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for a chill getaway. The outdoor picnic tables by the water added a nice touch. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again. 🌅

We really enjoyed our stay with the tasty Indian meal our host served up and loved hanging out by the beachfront area. It was nice to relax in the garden area, soaking in the fresh air. The only thing was the room felt a bit dated, but it was still cozy and clean overall. 😌
